Once you order your kit, you receive it in 5 to 7 business days. You then have 60 days to onboard your team and try it with patients. If you decide it’s not for you, just notify us before day 60, we’ll send a prepaid return label, and we’ll refund your initial payment. If we don’t hear from you by day 60, your subscription continues automatically.
Everything you need to run it right out of the box: AR glasses, cables, chargers, the compute unit (which also serves as the battery), and a controller for interactive experiences, plus protective materials and cases. Onboarding materials are included.

The glasses and controller can be disinfected using the same disinfectant wipes your clinic already uses (e.g., CaviWipes). The only sensitive components are the interior lenses, which should be cleaned with eyewear-safe lens cleaner. The glasses also include a removable cover that can be easily disinfected or washed.
