Once you order your kit, you receive it in 5 to 7 business days. You then have 60 days to onboard your team and try it with patients. If you decide it’s not for you, just notify us before day 60, we’ll send a prepaid return label, and we’ll refund your initial payment. If we don’t hear from you by day 60, your subscription continues automatically.
Everything you need to run it right out of the box: glasses, cables, chargers, the compute unit (which also serves as the battery), and a controller for interactive experiences, plus protective materials and cases. The hardware is designed for clinical use: the glasses and controller can be disinfected with the same wipes your clinic already uses (e.g., CaviWipes). Interior lenses are cleaned with eyewear‑safe lens cleaner.
